The Gentle Fire

Helping modern men to tend to their inner fire and embody the sacred masculine.

The Gentle Fire is a space for men to explore the sacred, healthy masculine through embodiment, creative expression, mutual support and the power of stories.

We believe that real change starts in the body, not the head. That healing is not a project with a deadline, but a practice of integration - learning to live with all of who you are at once. The rage, the tenderness, the wound and the gifts.

Through circle work, breath, movement, mythology and honest conversation, we create a container where men can show up exactly as they are - and leave a little more whole.
